Many of us complete our work projects in relative isolation and it can be a struggle at times to stay motivated and enthusiastic – especially if it involves tasks we don’t like or those that don’t come easily! If we lose momentum, or get stuck, we may start avoiding the job and it can feel like torture to get started again.
Projects can be draining or invigorating – depending on circumstances and how we handle them. Certain steps are crucial to success and once they are in place the process flows better. Coaching is a very effective way to create the results we want - faster and easier than on our own.

There is power and genius when great minds come together…
Mastermind groups offer an opportunity for individuals working on a business or academic project to meet in a lightly structured, supportive, non-competitive environment. This format allows each person to work independently, yet get feedback and suggestions when desired.
The weekly telephone meetings are convenient and provide the working deadline that many of us need to get things done. Each person “checks in” and has the option of receiving feedback on their progress or challenges. Potential solutions to problems can be discussed; accomplishments shared. There’s a built-in opportunity to learn from other’s endeavours.
