Coaching ~ Project Success
We can become so accustomed to doing things alone that we may forget that the right help will save us time, increase our energy and may even give us our best ideas.
Many of us complete our projects in relative isolation and it can be a struggle to stay motivated and enthusiastic, especially if it involves tasks we don’t like or those that don’t come easily! When we lose momentum, or get stuck, we may start avoiding the job altogether and it can feel impossible to get started again. Once procrastination and other self-defeating habits arrive, confidence starts to wane and quitting starts to look very appealing!
Thankfully, there are ways to escape, and even prevent, this downward spiral. Coaching is one of the best. And when used from the start, coaching can help prevent projects from stalling or spiraling in the first place! Coaching is a very effective strategy to help us uncover and create the results we want. It helps us catch counterproductive habits as they try and sneak in, and quiet those quiet and self-defeating doubts.
Projects can be draining or invigorating depending on circumstances and how we handle them. Coaching is a great way to help handle them.

Project Success – Mastermind Coaching Group (waitlist)
There is power and genius when great minds come together
Mastermind groups offer an opportunity for individuals working on a personal, business or academic project to meet in a lightly structured, supportive, non-competitive environment. This format allows each person to work independently, while being connected to a group.
The weekly telephone meetings are convenient and provide the working deadline that many of us need to stay focused and get things done. Each person “checks in”- sharing updates, accomplishments and challenges – and has the option of receiving feedback. Potential solutions to problems can be discussed; accomplishments celebrated. There’s a built-in opportunity to learn from other people’s experience and observations as well as feel the support and accountability of the group.
I am collecting names for our next Mastermind Group – join in to discover the power of a collective focus. Spaces are limited, so don’t delay contact me.
